Drone swarms: The potential AI future of drone warfare

Oleksandr Kamyshin, architect of Ukraine's drone program, told 60 Minutes correspondent Holly Williams that AI-enabled drone swarm technology would give Ukraine a decisive advantage in its war with Russia, while both nations are racing to develop the capability. Kamyshin said neither country has yet achieved fully autonomous swarm functionality, but both are close to deployment.
